Welcome to Pickja. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Pickja is a free randomizer tool for fair selection of names, items, or choices. You can use it without an account, or create one to access additional features.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation:

  • Optional and free
  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • You must provide accurate information
  • Keep your password secure

Your Responsibility:

  • All activities under your account
  • Maintaining account security
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access

3. Content and Shares

What You Can Do:

  • Create and share randomizer setups
  • Upload images (max 5MB per image, 10MB total per share)
  • Make shares public or private
  • Delete your content anytime

Supported Formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG

Automatic Expiration: All shares expire and are permanently deleted after 30 days

Prohibited Content:

  • Illegal or harmful material
  • Other people's private information without consent
  • Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • Spam, malware, or malicious code
  • Copyrighted material without permission

Content Moderation:

  • We may remove inappropriate content without notice
  • Reported content will be reviewed
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension

4. Usage Limits

  • Maximum 5 registrations per IP address per day
  • Maximum 10 login attempts per IP address per day
  • File size limits: 5MB per image, 10MB per share payload

5. User Data and Statistics

We track the following for service improvement:

  • Global randomization count (public)
  • Winner names and timestamps
  • For registered users: spin counts, shares created, and view counts

6. Acceptable Use

You Must Not:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise security
  • Abuse, harass, or impersonate others
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your content
  • By sharing publicly, you grant us license to display and distribute your content
  • Pickja and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws

8. Service Availability

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features anytime
  • We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions
  • No guarantee of uptime or availability

9. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for your content or its consequences
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (typically zero)

10. Account Termination

By You: Delete your account anytime. This permanently removes all your shares and uploaded images.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Data Retention

  • Shares and images: Automatically deleted after 30 days
  • Account data: Deleted when you delete your account
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. Major changes will be communicated through the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in Thai courts.
